Nightn'gael Havanese is located in Pawling, NY., about 12 miles north of the junction of I-84 and I-684, in southeast Dutchess County.  A  longtime breeder of quality Irish Setters since 1975 (the reason for the Irish-themed kennel name), we have downsized to this wonderful breed of Havanese since 2013.  Eileen is a proud AKC Breeder of Merit, having produced numerous Irish Setter champions as well as finishing some very nice Havanese she has bred. She is a member of the Delaware Valley Havanese Club and the Havanese Club of America.

Our aim is to produce quality Havanese with a focus on temperament, health, conformation, and structural soundness. Some may go to show homes, but many will make wonderful family pets.  With this goal in mind, puppies are well socialized with children and other adults.

Havanese are big dogs in little bodies.  They are sturdy, sound, and have wonderful, loving dispositions.  They have been called "velcro dogs," because of their affectionate nature.

We breed on a very limited basis.

Thanks for visiting!
